In this program, Bob shares many creative and effective ways of recruiting a top-flight staff. Sample interview questions are shared that get to the heart of what the candidate really believes. His acclaimed model of clinical supervisors creates an atmosphere where staff feel like part of the process through mutual goal setting and teamwork. A must program for supervisors.

• Motivation and Staff Morale

Through an evaluation instrument supplied by Bob, participants rate themselves and their schools in the sixteen areas he has identified as key factors in motivating staff and assessing their morale. Being the best that you can be, loyalty, ethics, caring, sharing and setting high standards are among the areas discussed. 

• Conflict Resolution

Here Bob shares with administrators his model on Conflict Resolution. A school-wide model will be presented on how to implement the program. The importance of establishing a win-win situation along with the roles of staff and mediators are highlighted.
