Lento Educational Services provides a series of workshops and staff development for teachers that enhance the student's positive growth and development.
In this practical and humorous presentation Bob shows how teachers and staff should use positive (vs. negative) reinforcement, natural consequences rather than punishment, praise, and consistency for an effective behavior management program in their classrooms. Role playing of classroom management strategies is included in this all encompassing program.

Through an evaluation instrument supplied by Bob, participants rate themselves and their schools in the sixteen areas he has identified as key factors in motivating staff and assessing their morale. Being the best that you can be, loyalty, ethics, caring, sharing and setting high standards are among the topics discussed.
Bob presents his effective model of conflict resolution in a most positive manner. The importance of setting the proper atmosphere, clarifying a "win - win" situation, the role of the mediation and the art of compromise with accountability are all included in this program.
Here Bob takes the staff through a month by month journey outlining ways staff can effectively communicate with the parent community, how to run a successful "Back To School Night," and how to conduct an efficient parent - teacher conference. These topics, plus many other communication methods are included.
Bob and his colleague, Jean Hibbs, share activities, lessons and strategies that can be used by staff in helping children become citizens of good character. Traits of kindness, trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness and caring, along with an "anti-bullying" segment, are covered in this unique workshop.
